Check the video connections on your system
If you get a black screen when you sign into your Windows 10, it can be because of the connection issue between the display and your PC.
If you are using a desktop PC then check the display to ensure it is connected well to the computer and the power outlet.
You can also try to change the video output and check. Also you can try connecting a different monitor to the computer or laptop to make sure that your primary display is working fine.
In case the PC is not able to check the display then you can use
Windows key + P from your keyboard
Press- P once again
Press- enter
These steps should be repeated multiple times through different screen options.
Disconnect unnecessary devices
Sometimes black screen also appears due to the external devices that are connected to your PC so make sure you disconnect all the unnecessary devices.
If everything works find and you do not see the blue screen again then you can connect one device at one time. In case your PC shows black screen again then your external device is the reason for the black screen.
Boot your PC in safe mode to identify and resolve the black screen issue

Click- Startup settings
