Widgets are always useful but determine whether you need all of them on your home screen as a lot of widgets results in more battery usage. Remove the ones that are less frequently used.
6. Turn Off Location Settings
Several of your Android apps, including Google Maps, use Location Services to pinpoint your position with precision. Turning these off might make your mapping experience a tad less accurate.
