It's move that literally sees you passing the ball between both heels of your player, allowing you to change position quickly while also confusing your opponent.

Hold LB & Flick RS Left Then Right (Or Right Then Left).

Hold L1 & Flick RS Left Then Right (Or Right Then Left)

Do note that this is a three-star skill move, so you will require suitable players to pull it off. Try using it to surprise online opponents in attacking areas.
