Intex FitRist activity tracker with OLED display launched for Rs 999

In July last year, domestic vendor Intex joined the wearable segment with the iRist smartwatch. Now the company has launched its first fitness tracker called the Intex FitRist. The smart wristband comes with a number of health and fitness features, and lets you track steps, distance travelled, calories burned, and monitor the quality of sleep.




The Intex FitRist smartband comes with a 0.86-inch OLED display, and shows notifications for incoming calls, lets you control music, and can also be used as a remote shutter for the connected smartphone. It is compatible with devices running Android v4.3 and above, and iOS 7 or higher. The device pairs with supported devices via Bluetooth 4.0. The brand claims the activity tracker delivers up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge.

The Intex FitRist is water-resistant and splash proof for added durability. It has been priced at Rs 999, and comes in Dark Blue and White hues. The device will be available exclusively on Snapdeal.
